I picked up a 544 which is an all-purpose machine. It has wheels (the proper name is a roll) that can be changed to burr, elbow edge, flange, turn and wire as needed.
The rolls I acquired with it are all stamped. They include a 10118 and a 10119 LOWER which is for turning, a 15055 and a 15056 LOWER which may be for flanging, a 15053 and a 15054 LOWER which are a burring, 10122 and a 10123 for wiring, a 10120 and a 10121 LOWER which are a smaller set for burring. I can’t tell which to use for elbow edging. It also came with an extra spanner nut.
The fence can be moved to either side of the machine and the crank can be used on the upper or lower shaft.
I have seen these for sale on eBay and other places, but I only see them with one set of wheels. and they sell on eBay for between $250 and $700 again with only 1 set of rolls.
The 1947 Peck Stow Wilcox catalog describes a large and small turning roll as a thick and thin. That catalog also states that the rolls for a 544 can be used on a 620 deep throat machine. but that is not the case for the 1923 620 that I have.
