Upper roller Burring Wheel in excellent condition. ( without any nicks ). Measures 2 1/4-inch with 9/16-inch center hole. Spanner wrench holes 1 inch on center. Restore a rolling machine that has the top roller broken or nicked with this replacement piece. Blacksmith or Replace the blade using a fixed or adjustable spanner wrench. Clock wise tighten ( not reverse threaded ). Has catalog part C stamped and number 60. Upper roller matches up with lower roller to make a bur on a disk.
